About this experience
Head to Salento, take a round-trip jeep to the wax palm valley and enter the lookout to take in the scenery. Then start a medium-difficulty trek over streams, hanging bridges, cloud forest and waterfalls to the Acaime nature reserve, home of hummingbirds, after about 5 km through primary forest with views of wax palms in their natural forest.
