About this experience
RECUCA is the Coffee Culture Route, where visitors take on the role of the coffee grower, from seed to cup, actively joining the farm work. Dressed in the clothes farmers used to wear, you pick coffee, then go through the processing: pulp, dry, hull, roast and grind the coffee as traditional growers did.
